They are the guardians of all secrets. The Support Agents will not add participants or change participants' access rights in an organization without written approval from the organization's administrator. No information from the organization will be given out by the Support Agents without written approval from the organization's administrator. All logins to Our Big Picture are logged and can be traced if necessary. There are two people at Our Big Picture who can access the servers to perform system maintenance and secure availability and functionality in the Our Big Picture system.
